We are a farming family from Bangor, County Down and we are looking forward to welcoming you to Ballycrochan Artisan to taste our free range milk and milkshakes.
You can see our black and white cows grazing in lush fields of grass for most of the year. What makes their milk special is that it is gently pasteurised in small batches on the farm to preserve its natural flavour and goodness.
This method allows some cream to rise to the top of the bottle, just like your granny remembers! You can enjoy it as a treat on the first pour or shake the bottle.
Ballycrochan Artisan milk tastes great in coffee and hot chocolate too so go on, try a little moo with your brew!
Did you know that cows choose to be milked in the same order everyday? The same girls will be in the first row through the parlour and the same ones will be in the last row!
